  • What should I expect at my appointment?

When you arrive at the salon, your bridal consultant will check you in and ensure we have all the information we need from you to give you the best experience. This includes your budgets, your wedding date, and any styles you would like to try on. Your bridal party will then be invited to relax in the bridal suite while you get ready in our changing rooms.

We will then select dresses from our collections for you to try on. If you know what you are looking for, you can guide our dressers, but we will also be on hand to help brides who have no idea what they want!

You will then be able to show your bridal party your dress to get their opinion. You are welcome to try on any accessories with the dress as well.

Once you have had your 'Yes' moment, we will take your measurements and fill out any details or requests needed for the dress, and take a deposit.

Finally, we'll take a picture of you and your party celebrating you finding your dress!

  • What should I wear to my appointment?

When trying on bridal, you want to ensure you are wearing something easy to change out of. It's also good to consider what underwear you're wearing. We recommend wearing skin coloured or light pants, and if possible a strapless bra.

For many bridal dresses, it's likely you won't wear a bra, so it may be that you want to take it off on the day.

We will provide a robe for you to wear in between dresses, so you'll feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment.

Please note: We ask that you refrain from wearing fake tan before you come to an appointment as it can stain our dresses.

  • How many people can I bring to my appointment?

Your bridal part is an important part of your dress experience. We can accomodate bridal parties of up to 5 people including the bride at bridal appointments.

  • Can I pay in installments?

Yes! We ask for a 50% deposit to be payed on the day you find your dress, and the rest can be payed in installments up until your dress arrives in store.

  • Can I pay by card?

Yes! Your deposit and installments can be paid in either cash, card or by bank transfer.

  • Why do you need to know my budget?

We ask all of our brides to give an estimate of how much they want to spend on their dress. This is to help us to find the right dress for them without making them feel pressured to spend too much or show them a dress that is overbudget.

  • My friend has bought a dress from you, what if I choose the same one?

If you know someone or have a friend that has bought a dress from us, let us know in advance and we can ensure that you won't fall in love with the same dress. We will only show you dresses that are going to be unique to you, and will remove dresses purchased by your friends or family from the salon for your appointment.

  • What happens after I order my dress?

Once your dress has been ordered, it usually takes around 12-18 weeks. When it arrives, we'll let you know so you can book your first fitting. At this appointment we'll show you your dress, and try it on to ensure it's everything you dreamed of.
